New Parker interchangeable orifice thermostatic expansion valve

A handy cross-match card for the new Parker interchangeable orifice expansion valves is now available.

Designed as 'drop in' replacements for other similar brands for service convenience, the B5 valves accept 8 different orifices to give a wide range of capacities. By fitting the appropriate orifice for the required duty, a B5 valve can be ready for installation in minutes.

Orifices are sold individually or in boxed sets of 8. Orifices and bodies are directly interchangeable with the equivalent Danfoss and Teddington valves, and the cross-match card allows an engineer to quickly see which Parker B5 valve can be substituted for those two brands.

For R404A, R134a, R407c and R22 refrigerants, the B5 is suitable for use in both refrigeration and air conditioning systems and is available in both externally equalised and internally equalised version.
