Back to News Home ACC becomes Cubigel CompressorsFebruary 2009
On the 28th January 2009, the ACC Group has sold ACC Spain S.A., Commercial Refrigeration Business Unit, to AIAC, American Industrial Acquisition Corporation. This change in ownership will strengthen the financial position of the business and the future of the product. Over the next 6 months, all ACC compressors and units will be re-branded as Cubigel Compressors. The Cubigel name has links back to when the ACC range of compressors were part of the Electrolux Group; Cubigel was the name of the trading subsidiary that sold the commercial refrigeration and air conditioning compressors.
