Back to News Home TFC products qualify for Enhanced Capital AllowanceApril 2001 A large number of products available from Thermofrost Cryo have been accepted under the new Government scheme for Enhanced Capital Allowances. The scheme aims to encourage improved energy efficiency and applies to products with energy saving characteristics. An end -user who buys eligible products can claim 100% ECAs (tax relief) on that investment in the year of purchase, in addition to the ongoing savings they will benefit from on their energy bills. Eligible products from our range include Saginomiya electronic expansion valves types DKV, EKV, PKV and BKV together with the associated Refcon-1 controller, Dixell 300 series electronic refrigeration controls, the Dixell XJ500 control and monitoring system, Eliwell EWPC, EWPX, and EWD series electronic controls, the Kübatron defrost-on-demand controller for evaporators, the Würm anti-condensation controller for glass doors, Parker balanced port expansion valves types N, C, S, R and I, and the new R/S rapid air purger for use on ammonia refrigeration systems.
