AWP Check valve RVZ

Check valves featuring a clamp design with or without integrated damping or with integrated damping and linear spindle bearing.

Check valves in clamp design are automatically activated locking units. They are opened by the pressure exerted by the working medium upon the valve plate. As soon as the flow is interrupted or the flow direction is reversed, the valve locks automatically. The locking function is supported by the elastic force of the spring or by the valve plate's own weight. AWP check valves with a clamp design are suitable for installation in the refrigerant cycles of industrial refrigeration systems. They are installed on the pressure or suction side of compressors, or in pipes for which only one direction of flow is permitted. AWP check valves are maintenance-free. Any defects that occur in the functional performance of the valves can be repaired.

• Available in steel or stainless steel
• Selection of body material as per German DIN EN12284, AD2000 Series W
• Working media: glycol-based cold brine refrigerant EN 378 p. 1 and blends with refrigerator oil, neutral, gas and liquid media, glycol-based cold brine
• Available with and without damping for different mounting positions and flow directions
