AWP Quick closing valves

Valves for oil draining.

AWP quick closing valves are suitable for installation in oil drain pipelines (oil drain valves) and in the parts of a system which are at greatest risk, such as:

level indicators, sight glasses, flexible pipes etc. They are opened by pulling the lever. The system pressure acting upon the sealing piston supports the opening. The pressure spring is dimensioned such that the sealing piston opens automatically if the system pressure rises > 20 bar. If the lever is released, the sealing piston closes automatically. Sealing at the valve seat is ensured by a chloroprene O-ring seal.

• Available in steel or stainless steel
• Selection of body material as per German DIN EN12284, AD2000 Series W
• Working media: glycol-based cold brine refrigerant EN 378 p. 1 and blends with refrigerator oil, neutral, gas and liquidmedia, glycol-based cold brine
• Mounting position: in any position; the flow direction should be observed
