AWP Constant pressure valves

Regulating devices for ensuring sufficient minimum differential pressure.

AWP constant pressure valves are automatically operated regulating devices (constant pressure function) within the oil management system of screw compressor packages, ensuring sufficient minimum differential pressure (e.g. 3 bar, 4 bar etc.) or oil injection pressure during the start-up phase and running of the screw compressor. The constant pressure valve is fitted with a back-pressure compensation sealing element. The valve is opened by the pressure of the operating medium, depending on the set pressure of the valve (spring-loaded). The set pressure is determined by the customer and adjusted by the manufacturer. AWP constant pressure valves are maintenance-free. Any defects that occur in the functional performance of the valves can be repaired.
