We are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to work with our Electronic Control products.
Reporting to the Industrial and Electronics Product Manager, candidates should have a good
practical and theoretical knowledge of refrigeration electronic controls.
Extensive training on our products and selection software will be provided.
Good communication skills are essential, as the role involves considerable contact with customers
by telephone, email and in person at their premises or on site
Main duties:
- Provision of technical and engineering assistance to customers on our ranges of refrigeration electronic control products.
- Production and progression of sales quotations in order to secure sales.
- Liaison with our purchasing and warehousing departments to ensure the timely and accurate fulfilment of sales orders.
- Assistance in the evaluation and introduction refrigeration electronic control products.
- Provision of technical assistance to our internal and external sales staff.
- Conduct site visits as required to assist with sales and technical functions.
