Thermofrost Rewards Club 2024 – Terms & Conditions

• The Scheme is valid during 2024 only.
• Customers wishing to participate in the scheme must register to join via our website.
• Trade wholesalers, distributors and resellers may not participate in the scheme.
• Purchases of LG split systems, multisplits, VRF, heat exchangers and Therma V products qualify for loyalty scheme points.
• Purchases of LG spares parts do not qualify for Reward scheme points.
• £1 ex VAT purchase value = 1 Reward scheme point.
• All points must be redeemed by the end of January 2025 or they are forfeited.
• No unused points may be carried over to the following year, even if the scheme is repeated in that year.
• Prizes must be chosen solely from the current listing of LG items available in our stock and displayed on our website. We cannot obtain alternative prizes to order.
• No cash equivalent will be offered in lieu of any prize.
• No returns of prizes will be accepted for credit or replacement.
• Points are not transferable between customer accounts.
• Prizes will not be issued to customers with overdue credit accounts.
• Thermofrost Cryo reserve the right to withdraw the scheme at any time without compensation.
